Claudio Dipolitto is a seasoned Innovation Director and mentor, passionate about designing purpose-based businesses that integrate mindful practices. He holds a master's degree in Informatics with a focus on eLearning and a doctorate in Innovation Management on Tech Startups. With over a decade of experience coordinating education programs and incubators, he pioneered the "innovation in cultural business models" track at FGV Rio and contributed to the Lean Startup Program promoted by UC Berkeley and COPPEAD/UFRJ. He is currently the Innovation Director at ABMEN, where he coordinates the MentorsLab and the program "Innovation Tools for Mentors and Startup Owners." His company, InoveLab Innovation Atelier, employs the Innov360 methodology to explore the many facets of business models. As an angel investor and mentor at Founder Institute, Claudio helps entrepreneurs develop an empathic listening mindset and use provocative questioning to validate their assumptions.
