Sergey Fradkov is an internationally recognized expert in innovation, technology, and digital transformation. With over 30 years of experience in the world of technology markets, Fradkov has built several successful businesses in mobile applications, IT services, and enterprise software. He founded a pioneering mobile platform startup in the 90s and helped raise over $40MM in venture funding, ultimately growing the company to over 200 people, with more than half of them in technology. Fradkov is also the creator of one of the largest BlackBerry ISV companies and sold it to a competitor, which was later sold to Google and incorporated into Google Drive. He has served as a technology visionary and advisor to several startups and mature companies.

Fradkov studied Computer Science at the Hebrew University Of Jerusalem and Saint Petersburg State Electrotechnical University "Leti." Besides, he served as an Independent Director on several boards and advised various tech-companies, including Elementh.io, ShelterZoom, and Universal Software Corp. Fradkov was also the Managing Partner at BeKitzur Inc., Director of Engineering at Quickoffice, CTO and Founder of DynoPlex, Inc., and Software Developer at AFIC in the past.

Currently, Fradkov is VP R&D Nanox Marketplace at Nanox Vision and formerly served as Co-Chairman at Foundation of Accredited Directors and General Partner at Startup Accelerator iDealMachine.
