Brooke Bowles

Brooke Bowles is an accomplished leader with over 20 years of experience in the Birmingham business community. She has studied at various universities, including Auburn University, the University of Alabama at Birmingham, and Colorado State University Global, where she completed a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership. Brooke's career began as a Program Coordinator at Glenwood, Inc. before becoming a Lifelong Coordination Clinic Employment Specialist at UAB Medicine. With a strong passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities, she founded Triumph Services, Inc. and served as the Executive Director, Director of External Affairs, and later, as an Organizational Consultant. Under her leadership, Triumph Services grew from 16 clients to over 500 clients across Alabama, with physical locations in Birmingham and Montgomery. She then broadened her expertise to consult for businesses and schools, providing fundraising strategies, coaching, and executive training. Brooke's skill in enhancing employee engagement was demonstrated during her time as Interim CEO at Impact America, where she increased employee satisfaction by 68%, and individual donations rose by 40%.
