Ritu Jadwani is a talented designer with 8 years of experience collaborating with artisans and differently abled women in India to create sustainable handcrafted products.

She has successfully sold these ethical products in 7 countries through over 60 outlets, establishing strong relationships with various entities such as museums, boutiques, galleries, artisans, and non-profits.

Aside from her design work, Ritu has 5 years of academic experience in the fields of design, apparel business, and entrepreneurship in India and the United States.

Her academic roles include adjunct faculty at the National Institute of Fashion Technology, organizing workshops at the Fashion Institute of Technology, giving seminars at North Carolina State University, and participating in research projects at Thomas Jefferson University.

Recently, she served as a Program Manager at Blackstone LaunchPad and an industry research navigator at Thomas Jefferson, where she assisted students in pursuing their entrepreneurial aspirations.

Ritu is deeply passionate about initiating, innovating, connecting, and collaborating to bring new ideas and projects to life.

Her educational background is extensive and includes studies in Fashion, Business Innovation, Design, and Interior Architecture from renowned institutions such as Philadelphia University, Fashion Institute of Technology, and North Carolina State University.

Currently, Ritu serves as a sustainable-fair trade entrepreneur and curator at Namaste NYC, leveraging her diverse skills and experiences to create meaningful and impactful initiatives.

She has previously held positions in various organizations, including roles as an E-Marketing Manager, Freelance Contributor, Visiting Professor, Adjunct Instructor, and Retail & Sustainability Initiatives Manager, among others.
