Tech manager and product developer, Caio Gandra, has an impressive global background and over eight years of experience building and leading teams to create innovative software. After earning a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Campinas State University, he has pursued numerous certifications, including Executive Management from Ohio University and a Post Graduation in Business Projects from Insper.

Gandra's technical expertise spans across mobile software, full-stack web development, and deep learning. He has worked for various renowned companies, including Nuance Communications, VC+, Mandaê, and QuintoAndar. Currently, he is the Engineering Manager for several cross-functional teams at the fintech alt.bank, where he aims to use his technical and management skills to improve the banking system's accessibility in Brazil.

Besides his technical skills, Gandra is driven to expand his knowledge and experience in product and project management. He is currently pursuing an MBA at Quantic School and has a desire to continue developing and building effective teams.
