Initiated the creation of the Court of Appeals, allowing players of the leading Russian browser game (ca. 7.5M accounts) to contest the decisions of forum moderators and game administration through a formalized process. After 14 months of beta-testing, the Court of Appeals was institutionalized by the game administration and continues its work to this day.
- Managed the recruitment and operations of the staff members of the Court - up to 22 people
- On average, 11% of appeals were ruled in favour of the players and their punishments commuted
