David Merkle, an experienced storyteller, screenwriter, and entrepreneur, has a rich and diverse background in creative industries. David is a gifted writer, filmmaker, and musician who has been creating imaginative, lived-in stories since he was a child. He has spent countless hours writing scripts, essays, short stories, poems, and songs.

David earned his Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dramatic Writing from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts, one of the world's top programs. At NYU, he co-founded an online magazine called The Besties Review, which focuses on movie reviews. David is a talented film critic frequently writing in-depth reviews and opinion pieces for The Besties Review.

David is an accomplished game designer, responsible for designing several games, including a Western themed build-your-own-board game and a party card game for movie lovers. He approaches everything he does from a creative angle, constantly looking for new and out-of-the-box ways to achieve his goals. Moreover, he is a skilled problem solver with a knack for using his creative thinking skills to find unique solutions.

David has worked as a project manager at ERm Research LLC, and as a development intern at Rock Shrimp Productions NY, LLC. He has been a distribution intern at Oscilloscope Laboratories and an Intern Manager, Filmmaker Program Assistant at 10 BLOCK.
