Rahul Daswani is a Harvard-educated intrapreneur with over a decade of experience in founding and shaping government startups with initiatives focused on culture and capability building. He has experience in sustaining and creating innovative solutions to address challenges by leading Singapore's Prime Minister's Office's Strategy Group, the Agricultural Transformation Agency in Ethiopia, and Papua New Guinea's Climate Change Development Authority. Rahul's expertise in organisational development has played a vital role as the Head of People and Culture at Open Government Products, where he spearheads initiatives to increase the organisation's culture.
Rahul has contributed considerably to educating future leaders across South-East Asia regularly. He teaches Adaptive Leadership through workshops such as future workforce, enhancing organisational performance, and building capabilities for the Center for Asia Leadership of which he's the Singapore Country Advisor. He has also spoken on numerous panels on the future of work, skills enhancement, and building capabilities.
Rahul holds a Mechanical Engineering B.S.E (Cum Laude) from the University of Michigan, and he holds a Master's in Public Policy, Political and Economic Development from Harvard Kennedy School of Government. He pursued his education in high school at Temasek Junior College and Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) and is currently studying at the MIT Sloan School of Management.
