Alessandro Leal is a seasoned sales and business development professional with 25 years of experience in various industries such as telecommunications, information technology, and FMCG sectors. With a strong background in business planning, sales channel development, and general operations, he has exceeded targets and market expectations by leading cross-functional teams towards developing high performance and global programs that improve sales and profitability.

Leal's impressive educational background includes Executive Program, Leadership and Exponential Innovation from Singularity University, Corporate Governance for Board Members from IBGC, and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro.

A former mentor at Endeavor and a Star Program Member at Airbus, Leal currently holds the position of Head of Business Strategy and Operations for Google Cloud LATAM at Google.
