Kal is a master of product and platform leadership and has a reputation for incorporating resilience, security and scale as core engineering tenets. He has led the development and delivery of SaaS and packaged products across container platforms, cloud automation, operations & monitoring, data center management and application frameworks. Kal's broad expertise also extends to rapidly scaling engineering operations from startup to broad charter globally dispersed organizations.

Kal De has a demonstrated talent for leading customer-driven product delivery from inception to market across full-stack engineering, UX design, product management, and technical sales. His core specialties include high-velocity engineering at elastic scale, talent management, hiring and operational efficiency across globally dispersed, cross-functional teams, and enterprise platform architecture and product solutions for private, public cloud transitions.

Kal has a Master's in Science in Engineering from Virginia Tech, and he studied Information Systems at the University of California, Berkeley.
