Robert E. Graham is an accomplished private equity investor and entrepreneur with a diverse background in finance, business management, and supply chain operations. He is a Partner at Search Investment Group (SIG), where he advises entrepreneurs on deal sourcing, due diligence, and capital raises. With a MBA from Harvard Business School, Robert has been invited to speak at multiple Ivy League universities, including Harvard, The University of Chicago, Northwestern University, and Indiana University. In his current role as CEO of Pillar Health Group, Robert oversees a group of healthcare businesses acquired through a self-funded search. Prior to his current roles, Robert was a Vice President at The Sterling Group, a private equity firm where he worked on multiple acquisitions and helped lead the roll-up of Construction Supply Group, the second-largest distributor of specialty construction supplies in the US. He also served on the board of Specified Air Solutions, a $150M diversified manufacturer of HVAC equipment. With a BS in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University, Robert began his career as a Supply Chain Analyst & Production Planning Manager at Lockheed Martin, followed by roles at Eaton Corporation, including International Project Manager, Assoc. Product Line Manager, and Production Supervisor.
