Gabe Zorogastua is a seasoned professional with over ten years of experience in addressing antitrust issues for clients, providing counsel on various health care transactions, and representing clients in antitrust and commercial disputes.

He is highly knowledgeable in identifying and mitigating antitrust, litigation, and regulatory risks to help clients navigate through the complexities of legal challenges effectively.

With a strong background in litigation, Gabe has dealt with a wide range of cases, including price manipulation, price fixing, vertical restraints on pricing and output, exclusive agreements, and other antitrust-related matters.

Moreover, he has extensive experience in handling Fair Credit Reporting Act cases, where he has successfully represented a major consumer reporting agency in numerous legal proceedings.

Gabe Zorogastua pursued his JD from the University of Kansas School of Law and completed his undergraduate studies in Political Science, Criminal Justice, and Modern and Classical Languages at Wichita State University.
