Ivan Nikkhoo is a seasoned venture capitalist, growth capital expert, and technology finance professional with over 36 years of experience in various senior capacities internationally. He is the Managing Partner of Navigate Ventures, an early growth stage venture fund that invests in software, AI, data and analytics, and consumer internet. Ivan is also an Adjunct Professor at USC Marshall School of Business, where he teaches MBA and undergraduate courses on growth financing, M&A, and eCommerce. He regularly hosts CEO dinners and is known for bringing significant experience, deep domain expertise, and a broad base of contacts and resources to each investment.

Prior to Navigates Ventures, Ivan held several senior positions, such as Managing Director of N3 Capital, LLC, Head of Technology Practice at Barrington Associates, EVP & General Manager at SOA Software (Akana), Co-Founder & President of Vertex Systems, Director of European Operations at TLD Systems LTD, and more. He received his MBA from USC Marshall and his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from McGill University. He has completed executive education programs at HBS and Stanford and is a General Securities Principal licensed with FINRA/SIPC. Ivan has lived on three continents, speaks three languages, and is experienced in doing business globally.
