Thomas Matzner, a highly accomplished supply chain management professional, boasts a solid educational background and a wealth of experience across several prominent organizations. He holds degrees from New York University, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Long Island University in Education, Finance, and Management. Matzner most recently served as Head of Supply and Demand Planning at As Beauty Group, where he was responsible for managing the entire supply chain process, balancing inventory levels, and forecasting demand. Prior to his current position, he was Director of Demand Planning at Tarte Cosmetics, where he designed and implemented forecasting models that improved inventory turnover rates and reduced stockouts. Matzner also co-founded Pruv Vodka, where he served as the Chief Operating Officer and played an instrumental role in all aspects of the business. Prior to that, he worked at well-known brands such as Lacoste and Mac Cosmetics in various planning and forecasting roles.
