Shantanu Dev is a multifaceted professional with over two decades of experience in information technology. He is a dynamic leader who has driven effective and positive change through empowerment, delegation, and teamwork, and has a proven track record of high accomplishment. He is particularly skilled in business growth and management, consumer understanding, product development, brand marketing, sales, and partnership building, and has a deep-rooted experience in consumer internet, banking, energy, pharma, health and wellness, and management consulting. Shantanu is a results-driven professional who always aims to achieve high-quality growth and effective implementation of large scale (big) data platforms and products.

Shantanu completed his education across various Universities in the US, including the University of Massachusetts Corporate Education Center and Boston University Corporate Education Center, MA (USA). He also received his EGMP from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and studied HS, Physics, Chemistry, Math at Naktala High School, Kolkata. He pursued BE, Electronics And Comm. at Vinoba Bhave University and completed his MS in Manufacturing at The University of Toledo.

Shantanu has worked with several renowned organizations across diverse roles. He is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Examd and has previously worked as Project Engineering at JPMC at J.P. Morgan, Senior Product Manager at Medidata Solutions, Lead Business Analyst at Johnson & Johnson, Co-Founder at Propadis Inc. (Weekend, Night), Data Manager at Bank of America, Project Manager at Fortune 10 Consultancy Company, and Data Warehouse (EDW) Manager at Health and Wellness, among others.

In his free time, Shantanu loves to solve business problems with data using cutting edge technology. He is deeply passionate about tracking financial metrics to support data-driven management decision-making and telling stories with data. Currently residing in Princeton, NJ, USA, Shantanu is an avid learner who constantly seeks to expand his knowledge across various domains.
