Anil Girdenia is an accomplished engineering manager with over 17 years of experience in leading and managing large development teams. He has expertise in building and managing distributed products in Java, microservices, and big data technologies. Girdenia has domain knowledge in regulatory reporting (Dodd Frank), security lending and borrowing, counterparty and credit risk, and OTC derivatives. He is proficient in setting up DevOps CI/CD pipelines for various Java projects and ensuring they meet the code quality and test coverage as per development standards. Additionally, he is an expert in fully automating the project testing using BDD, headless automation, UI testing, and regression test pack. His project management skills include initiation, business requirements, estimation, stakeholder management, development of plans and schedules, resource planning, tracking, and management of deliverables using agile methodologies.

Girdenia is currently the Head of Global Security and Financing Application-IT at Wells Fargo, previously serving in Vice President and AVP roles at Citi, Barclays Capital, and Morgan Stanley. He started his career as a software engineer at IBM, and later worked as a software designer at Royal Bank of Scotland.
