Melinda Canter is an Instructional Design professional with a Master of Arts degree in Education, Training, and Instructional Technology with an Instructional Design concentration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Her background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Gender and Sexuality Studies with an Education minor from Bryn Mawr College, where she has also held various roles in the information services department.
