- Building and managing an onboarding program for present and future new hires: a 2 week agenda dedicated to resources, inbox management, calendar management, travel management, partner relations, prioritization, troubleshooting issues, contingency plans, and a hands on training based on team specific nuances; Formalizing the new training project included designing training decks, detailed checklists, export files of inbox filters and labels, and export files
- Cross functionally training Recruiting Coordinators (RCs) and Staffing Services Associates (SSAs) in order to support AmEast teams: Training included creating support resources and step by step instructions for AmEast scheduling, how to partner with Hiring Managers and Recruiters in order prioritize candidate experience
- Planning recruiting events for Google Ads for about 30 attendees (external and internal): responsibilities included collaborating with 3-4 Recruiters and 1-2 Hiring Managers, budgeting and space planning, managing logistics, and debriefing for improvements and changes for future recruiting events
- Restructured the Mountain View Staffing Cal Program which positively affects the workflow of 200+ RCs and SSAs in North America
-  The program provides a safety net when unforeseen circumstances occur; Continuously collecting and analyzing 200+ room requests data per month to better understand volume to set proper service level agreements with RC/SSAs and to adjust to fluctuations in demand; Standardizing a request process for rooms available from the Staffing Cal Program in order to increase RC productivity and reduce error rates from 11% to 5%
- Overseeing candidate experience for 60 onsite interviews per month this includes booking travel, reimbursements, space planning and collecting applications
- Consistently exceeded quarterly goals and expectations by 110% on top of expected responsibilities
