He specializes in building and managing teams, improving financial and qualitative results, developing and opening hotels, and renovating them. Thomas is highly skilled in networking in Russia & CIS and the world over, possesses strong food & beverage and spa knowledge, and is highly driven by marketing and PR.

Thomas Noll's educational background includes studying Hotel Management at Cornell University, earning a Bachelor's degree in Kitchen Management with the best results at Poppe & Neumann, and attending Hauptschule Inzigkofen.

Throughout his career, Thomas has held various leadership roles, including General Manager at Hotel 2 Fevrier in Lome, Regional Director at Rixos Hotels, Managing Director at Fine Hotels & Resorts, and President at Hermitage Group Llp. He was also awarded the title of "European Hotel Manager of the Year" by EHMA - European Hotel Managers Association. He has been actively involved in professional organizations such as La Chaine des Rotisseurs, of which he was a former Bailli Honoraire, President, and as well as being President of the Grand Hotel Europe Charity Foundation.
