Stephen Varady is a seasoned New York product designer with experience in building and leading teams for marketplace businesses. He studied Bachelor of Architecture, Cum Laude and Business Administration, Architecture at the University of Oregon, and Graphic Design and Mathematics at Loyola University Chicago.

Currently, Stephen leads the Candidate Experience team at AngelList Talent, where he focuses on designing an exceptional experience for job seekers. Prior to this role, he worked as a Product Designer at AngelList and Beme, and Co-founder and Product Lead at Slang Inc.

Stephen also served as a Designer-in-Residence at 30 Weeks and Designer at Thomas Phifer and Partners.
