John A. Nelson is a corporate leader with over 20 years of experience in the hearing aid industry, having worked and lived in the US and Denmark. He is a highly knowledgeable professional with cross-functional experience in research, development, marketing, product launch, training, customer relations, investor relations, sales, and operations. He is dedicated to developing and enhancing processes aligned with corporate strategies, expands teams, builds global brands, and advocates for diversity and inclusion.

Nelson holds a PhD and an MAud in audiology and speech sciences and has pursued executive graduate coursework in business from renowned universities. He is privileged to have held senior leadership roles with GN Group, ReSound, and Widex, where he has been responsible for global training and education, audiology global relations, global marketing, audiology and professional services, and other areas.

Nelson has an excellent understanding of organizational development and change management and values cultural understanding, diversity, and inclusion. He enjoys teaching, developing, and coaching individuals and teams, increasing efficiency, and cross-functional collaboration.
