Megha Makam, PhD, is a Stanford University graduate who has dedicated her career to the study of human biology and exercise physiology. After completing her Ph.D., she founded M & M Arts, a business that offers Afro-Brazilian capoeira, dance, and music workshops to children and adults. Her passion for education and community-building has led her to join industry as a facilitator and leadership trainer at LifeLabs Learning in April 2022. She brings a wealth of experience as a teaching artist, chef instructor, graduate teaching assistant, and private tutor. Megha's diverse skill set and experience make her a valuable asset to any team or project.
