Lamft Jeff Skeens is a highly-educated therapist with experience in family systems and trauma care for individuals, couples, and families. He holds a Masters of Divinity with an emphasis in Urban Studies and Leadership Development from Phoenix Seminary and a Masters of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fuller Theological Seminary. His expertise lies in using various therapeutic techniques such as EMDR, IFS, and somatic experiencing therapy to help individuals heal past traumas.

Born and raised in Moon Valley, Jeff has held various positions in his career, including Director of Community Development at City Serve AZ, Journeyman/Foreman Bricklayer at Sun Valley Masonry, and Co-owner/Chief Operations Officer at Ideal Flooring Corp. Currently, Jeff works for himself at The Kineo Center, providing individual and family therapy to those in need.
