He is the founder of Church Analytica, a company that has brought the power of analytics to churches, and is passionate about Jesus, family, entrepreneurship, leadership, and analytics. He has served as Senior Pastor in New York, specializing in cultivating the presence of God, healing, and evangelism, and creating and running marketing campaigns to connect people in the surrounding area to God and the body of Christ. Rushing graduated with his Master of Divinity from Nazarene Theological Seminary and his Bachelor of Arts in Communication from MidAmerica Nazarene University.
