Harold Hughes is a driven community builder, connector, and entrepreneur with a background in the RFID, Barcoding, and Two-tier distribution industries. He spent nearly ten years working in Corporate America before pursuing his passion for startup development. Hughes now runs BANDWAGON, a company that he founded, while also maintaining roles advising AMASS and Women@Austin, and serving on the Dean's Senior Advisory Board at Clemson University - College of Business. He holds degrees in MBA, Supply Chain and Information Management from Clemson University, as well as a Certificate Program in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Additionally, Hughes is a former Venture Partner at Republic, Director at Founder Institute, Angel Investor at Partake Foods, and Managing Director at Brickyard Innovation Lab. Hughes is also an active member of his community, having served on the board of Rebuild Upstate and as Chapter President at Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. His interests include learning, data, and college football.
