Stéphanie Boisvert, a passionate culture shaper, has made a name for herself as a value creator who delivers strategic and sustainable impacts. Boisvert's journey started when she studied Avionics at the College National d'Aérotechnique, where she honed her skills in the aviation industry. She later pursued a Bachelor of Science in Administration degree at the Université de Montréal - HEC Montréal, making her well-versed in the field of administration.

While working with Novartis, Boisvert held several leadership positions, including Head, People & Organization (Human Resources), Oncology Canada, Country Head, Compensation & Benefits Canada/Directrice Nationale Rémunération & Av. Sociaux, and Director Total Rewards/Directrice Rémunération Globale (Pharma). In these roles, she delivered strategic impacts and championed inclusive and equal workspaces where individuals could bring their best selves to work.

Boisvert's extensive experience in human resources includes being a human resources business partner, associate HR business partner & recruitment specialist, recruitment specialist, and HR/recruitment coordinator. Boisvert's experience in customer service dates back to her time as a Manager Customer Service/Merchandising/Customer Service Specialist at Future Shop and a Passenger Services Representative at Servisair.

Boisvert's lifelong curiosity, love for learning, and experimenting, coupled with her natural ability to listen, has made her a valuable asset to any organization she has worked with.
