Lisa Robins Pauze is a highly accomplished banking executive with a long and distinguished career spanning the globe. She has held senior leadership positions in major financial institutions in China, France, the US, Hong Kong, and Singapore. Lisa's expertise lies in transaction banking, and she has won several prestigious awards for her contribution to the field. She was named one of the top 25 Women in Finance by Finance Asia in 2011 and honored as IBF - Singapore Fellow. Lisa is passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and is active in several initiatives supporting women in the workforce. She has served on the boards of several organizations, including Asia Pacific Leaders Malaria Alliance, OH! - a non-profit arts organization, and Deutsche Bank China Ltd. Lisa is fluent in English, French, and Mandarin and holds a Master's degree in Chinese Studies/Asian Studies from Stanford University and a Bachelor's degree in History and Asian Studies from Tufts University.
