Patrick Kernan is a highly accomplished attorney, with extensive experience in government contracts and federal procurements, commercial litigation, and military law. He holds a BA in Economics from Hamilton College and a J.D. in Law from Wake Forest University School of Law. As an active member of the board of Operation Warrior Shield, he works tirelessly to support and advocate for veterans and their families. Before joining Vius LLC and Kernan and Associates, Kernan served in various government agencies, including the U.S. Army Special Forces Command, the Department of Homeland Security, and the U.S. Department of Defense. He has also worked as a Special Assistant U.S. Attorney and an attorney for the U.S. Army's JAG Corps. In each role, Kernan has demonstrated a strong commitment to upholding the law and supporting the needs of the communities he serves.
