Aona Yang is a senior UX researcher at Google with a wealth of experience in the technology and hospitality industries. She studied communication at the Communication University of Zhejiang and later got a Master of Science degree from Boston University. Aona is also a content creator on YouTube where she provides insightful tutorials for people interested in pursuing a career in UX research.

Prior to her current role, Aona worked as an Experience Researcher at Airbnb, UX Researcher at Sumo Logic, UX Researcher Analyst Intern at Disney Parks, Experiences, and Products, and Market Research Specialist at Supplet. She has also worked as a UX Researcher on contract with Google and as a graduate research assistant at Boston University.

Aona has a diverse range of skills including market research, UX research, digital PR, and teaching. She has been an IELTS/TOEFL Instructor and worked as a social PR intern at Ogilvy and as a digital PR intern at Edelman. With all her experiences, Aona is the go-to person for many people in the UX industry, and now she offers private career and interview coaching sessions for UXRs.
