Christine Kidd is an experienced social sector leader dedicated to creating sustainable and prosperous communities. With over 15 years in the field, her aim is to build communities where people can live lives of prosperity in every aspect. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Policy Management from Dickinson College and a Master's in Public Policy specializing in Social and Urban Policy from Harvard University's John F. Kennedy School of Government. Before joining the Center for Employment Opportunities, she served as the Government Innovation Fellow - Rhode Island at Government Performance Lab, a Masters in Public Policy Candidate at Government Performance Lab, and a District Outreach Worker in Chelsea Public Schools focusing on 9th-grade students and expectant/parenting students. She also previously worked as Senior Youthworker and Program Manager at Roca Inc. Currently, she serves as the National Director of Program Innovation at the Center for Employment Opportunities.
