Lindsey DiCello is a skilled tech recruiter with a passion for empathy and ambition. Her experience spans from being a yoga teacher to former roles in social media management, bartending, recruiting coordination, and sales. Lindsey has a foundation in Associate of Arts from McHenry County College.

Currently working at Bright Health, Lindsey is on the lookout for individuals with Azure experience, Microsoft tech knowledge, and security chops. Lindsey is on a mission to make recruiting human again and is always striving to create an impact in people's experience with healthcare.

Outside of work, Lindsey encourages people to slow down and tune inwards through yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. She believes these practices are essential tools to combat anxiety and depression, leading to burnout prevention.
