Jess' professional experience includes roles at reputable organizations such as Shell and DC Studio, where she served as Communications Manager, Project Manager, and Account Manager, respectively.

Prior to founding Bowline, Jess was a Board Member at Jeary's Agricentre and a Marketing Assistant at SHS Sales & Marketing (GB), showcasing a diverse skill set and experience in various industry sectors.
