He pursued his education at esteemed institutions including Averill Park High School, where he laid the foundation for his academic journey. Erik then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, showcasing his commitment to excellence in his field. He furthered his education by completing a Master of Science degree at Purdue University, enriching his knowledge and skills.

Throughout his career, Erik Palitsch has held key positions at prominent organizations, demonstrating his leadership and expertise. Currently, he serves as the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder at Freeform, where he drives innovation and strategic growth initiatives for the company. Prior to this role, Erik gained invaluable experience at Spacex, where he served as the Propulsion Development Manager, Propulsion Development Lead, and Propulsion Development Responsible Engineer, showcasing his proficiency in propulsion technology. His contributions were also recognized during his tenure as a Research Assistant at Purdue University and as a Propulsion Development Intern at Spacex.

Erik's professional journey includes significant roles at renowned institutions such as NASA - National Aeronautics and Space Administration, where he excelled as a Solid Propulsion Systems Engineer, contributing to groundbreaking projects in the aerospace industry. Additionally, he honed his skills early in his career as an Intern and Engineering Assistant at Plug Power and as a Field and Laboratory Technician at CME Associates.
