Maria Wahlberg is a renowned co-creative, director, movement director/choreographer, and facilitator with extensive experience in pop culture, fashion, arts&culture, and Regenerative Business. Wahlberg's work revolves around co-creativity, Hyper Reality, Subculture, Participatory Culture, Design Thinking, and Theory U to lead processes effectively. Wahlberg's career began after completing a Business Administration/Sociology degree at Stockholm University and Visual Communication studies at Berghs School of Communication.

Wahlberg's vast experience encompasses several organizations, including Transponder AB, Konichiwa Records, Funkorama, 2FACED1.com, and Adidas. Co-founder of Transponder, Wahlberg has been a brand strategist, communication manager for Adidas Originals, and Creative Advisor at Konichiwa Records. Wahlberg's creative consultancy involves Style, Choreography, Show Co-Directing, and Brand Collaborations with artists such as Robyn, directing the Honey Tour and the Red bull Project & App Robyn Secret Gig.

Recently, Wahlberg has been focused on organizations as living organisms "teal, regenerative business" and Society 5.0, ushering in a new approach to co-creative work. Wahlberg has shared her expertise in guest teaching at Stockholm University, Konstfack, Berghs School of Communication, and Ark Des Museum. As the initiator of 2FACED1, a transnational creative collective, Wahlberg aims to cultivate attached alliances and embrace all internal identities while turning the interconnection into the antidote against alienating, individuality-driven neoliberalism.
