Fernando Oshima is a driven professional with extensive experience in business development, public management, and entrepreneurship. He holds a Master's degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Insper and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Fundação Getulio Vargas. He currently serves as the Head of Venture Operations at Grão, where he leads various strategic initiatives and contributes to the company's growth.

Prior to joining Grão, Fernando founded and served as the CEO of VIVY Property Ventures, where he successfully built and managed a team that specialized in real estate technology. He also worked as the Head of Business Development and Partnerships at Cuidas, a healthcare startup that aimed to make medical care more accessible.

Fernando also has extensive experience in public management, having worked for the Secretaria Municipal de Desestatização e Parcerias da Prefeitura de São Paulo and the Secretaria Municipal de Inovação e Tecnologia. He began his career as a Bilingual Analyst at the CONSULATE GENERAL OF VENEZUELA IN SÃO PAULO and as an Intern at SÃO PAULO CONFIA (NGO of Microfinance).
