F. Riggs, often referred to as Conor, has over twelve years of expertise in market systems development, inclusive business facilitation, and human-centered design. Holding a BBA in Business Economics and Public Policy from The George Washington University and an MA in International Economics and International Affairs from The Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) at Johns Hopkins University, Conor currently leads iDE's Global Agriculture Initiative. Conor's work involves guiding market systems development methodologies, focusing on the commercialization of resource-smart technologies, market access, and last-mile delivery. He has taken on leadership roles in various initiatives, ranging from agricultural mechanization to WASH and solar micro-grids. Conor has worked extensively in Asia and Africa, engaging with international government agencies and partnering with industry leaders to support last-mile entrepreneurs at the base of the pyramid. Recognized as a thought leader in market-based international development, Conor's contributions have impacted the lives of over 20 million people, with a goal to reach 20 million more by 2020.
