Ewuradjoa Gadzanku

Ewuradjoa Gadzanku is currently leading the Strategy and Origination team at Stanley Capital Partners (SCP), a European mid-market buyout fund specializing in Resource Efficiency and Healthcare investments.

With a background as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, Ewuradjoa brings deep expertise in sustainability, decarbonisation, energy & materials, industrials, and private equity.

Prior to consulting, Ewuradjoa gained experience in oil trading origination in West Africa and investment banking.

Ewuradjoa holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Chemistry from Amherst College, and has participated in the Visiting Student Programme at the University of Oxford.

Throughout Ewuradjoa's career, they have held various roles in organizations such as Stanley Capital, McKinsey & Company, BP, Barclays Investment Bank, Close Concerns, Solutia Inc., and received the Howard Hughes Summer Research Fellowship while at Amherst College.
