Evgeny Shulgin is a seasoned professional in the field of scientific and technological operations. He has made significant contributions to international political and scientific programs and advised executive and top-level management of several major high-tech companies in the field of technology, operations, and the stock market. Currently, Shulgin supervises an expert groups' union, which is responsible for Ukrainian production, commercial structures and international investment platform and business. He is also closely involved in seeking resources for global fundamental research studies and structuring the world's social and economic behavior.
Shulgin holds an MSc, BA, and a thesis from Bar-Ilan University and an MBA in management from The Polytechnic Institute of New York University. He has served as the Chairman at CHAMBER OF COMMERCE ISRAEL-UKRAINE and as the former Head of Guidance at Scientific Activity for Mutual Financial Information Conversion Theory and Minutione financial resource theory.
