Evgeniy Lobashov is an accomplished professional with experience in both business and applied mechanics. He completed a Master of Science in Engineering at Lomonosov Moscow State University, followed by a Ph.D. in Mathematical Sciences from the same institution. Later, he pursued further education at Ecole supérieure de Commerce de Toulouse in Aerospace Management.

Mr. Lobashov's business experience includes strategic planning, business development, management of innovation, project and program management, and supply chain management. He has worked as a Project Manager at Yandex, Deputy chief PMO - Project manager at RTI, Project manager at Sistema, and interned at Microsoft Ventures and P3 Ingenieurgesellschaft.

Mr. Lobashov's expertise in applied mechanics includes optimal control, game theory (differential games, matrix games), software engineering, and space simulation software. He was also Chief of Laboratory at the Computer Simulation Center at IPK Mashpribor and a research assistant at Moscow State University.
