Evgenia Plotnikova

Evgenia Plotnikova is a General Partner at Dawn Capital, where she specializes in leading investments in Software as a Service (SaaS) companies, particularly focusing on data, automation, and cloud infrastructure. She has been with Dawn Capital since 2018 and has played a significant role in managing relationships with founders, venture capitalists, and investors across Europe and Israel.14

Education and Early Career

Evgenia holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Sciences Po Paris, as well as a Master's degree in Finance and Strategy from the same institution. Additionally, she has studied at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Her career began at J.P. Morgan, where she worked in various roles, including in the Metals & Mining and Natural Resources Groups, before moving on to positions at TPG Capital and Atomico, a prominent European venture capital firm.24
