Evelyn M. Zohlen is the founder of Inspired Financial with over 20 years of experience in financial services.
She holds a Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas, a Master of Science from the Joint Military Intelligence College, and an MBA with a focus on Finance/Portfolio Management from Villanova University.
Prior to establishing Inspired Financial, Evelyn worked as a Relationship Manager at The Vanguard Group in Pennsylvania, overseeing retirement plan assets ranging from $175 million to $500 million.
Evelyn is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) professional and has held leadership roles in the Financial Planning Association, serving as President in 2019 and currently as Chair.
She has contributed to various publications including The Wall Street Journal, USA Today, Kiplinger's Personal Finance, and more.
Evelyn's community involvement extends to serving on the Board of Governors at the Center Club, the Advisory Board for the Center for Investment and Wealth Management at UCI, and previous positions on boards such as WomanSage and the American Poetry Review.
In addition to her financial career, Evelyn has a background as an intelligence officer in the United States Air Force.
