Evelyn Dilsaver

Evelyn Dilsaver is a certified public accountant turned executive with an impressive career in financial services. Over the years, she has worked her way up the ranks, transitioning from finance to sales, business development, product development, and eventually becoming the President and CEO of Charles Schwab's $200 billion asset investment management firm. Evelyn's experience has equipped her with unique skills including M&A integration work, product development, general management, non-profit, and growing a business. Her academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from California State University-Hayward's School of Business and Economics and completion of the Senior Executive Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Currently, Evelyn Dilsaver has stepped back from her CEO role and embarked on her next adventure. She sits on several corporate and non-profit boards and holds various leadership roles on 6 corporate and 5 non-profit boards. Her vast expertise in financial management makes her a valuable asset to each organization she is a part of. Evelyn has served as Board Director at Blue Shield of California, Tamalpais Bank, Aeropostale, Longs Drugs, High Mark Funds, and much more. As Chair of the Audit Committee at Ortho Clinical Diagnostics, Board Director at The Commonwealth Club of California, and Board Trustee of Foundation-Chair of Finance Committee, Cal State East Bay, among others, she brings a unique perspective to each board, ensuring they thrive.
