Evan Sekeris is a seasoned professional in the banking industry. He serves as the Head of Model Validation at PNC, one of the largest financial institutions in the United States. Sekeris is responsible for overseeing model risk management and validation for the bank, ensuring that all models used by the institution are accurate, reliable, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Before joining PNC, Sekeris worked at KeyBank and JP Morgan Chase, where he held various leadership roles in model risk management and quantitative analytics. He has over 20 years of experience in the banking industry and is recognized as a leading expert in various areas of risk management, including credit risk, market risk, and operational risk.
Sekeris is a graduate of the University of Akron with a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Statistics. He also holds a Master's degree in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago. In his spare time, Sekeris enjoys playing golf, reading books, and spending time with his family.
