Evan Lum

Evan Lum is an accomplished individual with a diverse academic background and extensive experience in the fields of consulting, finance, and executive leadership.

He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics with an Upper Second Class (2:1) from the prestigious University of Oxford. Prior to this, he excelled as a King's Scholar at The King's School, Canterbury, achieving outstanding A Level results.

Evan further honed his skills at various organizations, notably as a Principal at Stonewater Partners and being involved in multiple roles including Engagement Manager and Senior Consultant within the same organization. He also gained valuable experience at Kaiser Associates, where he served as Consultant, Senior Associate Consultant, and Associate Consultant.

His early professional experiences include internships at Maybank Kim Eng in the Equities department, a role as Perdana Fellow at the Prime Minister's Office, and consulting engagements at The Oxford Strategy Group and the Oxford Microfinance Initiative, where he explored the viability of a Goat Microinsurance scheme.

Evan's skills are further highlighted by his stint as an Investment Banking Summer Intern at Maybank Kim Eng Securities, where he worked in the CEO's Office and the Equity and Commodities Solutions (ECS) Office. Additionally, he showcased his leadership capabilities as the President of the Oxford PPE Society and held roles such as International Officer and Guest Liaison Officer at The Oxford Union.
