Evan Crawford

Evan Crawford is an industrial commercial real estate agent based in Los Angeles, with a career that began in 2019 after a background in finance and athletics.

He has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Santa Clara University with a GPA of 3.8 and a major GPA of 3.9. Prior to that, he attended Phillips Exeter Academy for his High School Diploma.

Evan's work at CBRE focuses on gathering intelligence on Central LA's real estate market, including buyers, sellers, investors, landlords, properties, transactions, and market dynamics. He compiles this information in a database to identify opportunities tailored to clients' needs.

His experience as a student athlete has honed his skills in goal setting, strategy, communication, collaboration, and organization, which he applies to his real estate career and community involvement.

In addition to his role at CBRE, Evan has been involved with Santa Clara University's Investment Team CQA Challenge and completed finance internships at MACRO. He also has a background as a Division I Athlete in Men's Basketball at Santa Clara University.
