Led Marketplace Supply Acquisition, SaaS Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Trust & Safety, launched our Outpost (Retail presence), Community and Field Sales teams (over 200 team members), and a member of the ELT.

Team members operated in Canada, USA, France, UK, and Australia.

Drove achievement to sales goals, GMV & revenue, profitable supply terms, and reduced supply churn.

Consistently led the company in eNPS with the largest team in the organization.

Reduced tier 1 customer support costs through the implementation of new onboarding practices, properly implemented SaaS tools including LMS & KMS (now used across the organization), and a new contact center platform.

Launched a coaching program for supply that has been mimicked across the industry (best in class). Led into full CSM team being built out.

Also, led the Insurance sales team to achieve its first $10M in GWP.

Joined a company of 20 shortly after product market fit. I led a SaaS sales team and filled the gap in product leadership to 10x our professional supply which led to the rapid growth of the Outdoorsy marketplace. I led the successful expansion into Canada and then the EU and AU/NZ where we accumulated the supply needed to launch. Generating hundreds of millions of dollars a year in GMV, my success led to my promotion where I took on underperforming parts of the organization and leadership of others as we scaled through our pandemic hyper growth.

Run by our excellent GM, You Move Me is the premier moving company on Vancouver Island used by thousands each year. We make moving almost fun!

By launching new programs in Marketing (primarily digital-focused with a quick uptick in SEO, PPC and launching Social) and Sales (including launching an inside sales team of 18 team members from none in three months) my team grew revenue from $24M in 2014 to exceeding $42M in 2017 (beating 2017 goal of $40M).

My team was comprised of Sales Teams, Workforce Management, Training, Quality Assurance and Strategic Planning team members whose focus is on delivering world class results. Our drive to improve led us to make significant strides in training, scheduling and project execution supporting the over achievement of company revenue and EBITDA objectives in 2012, 2013 and 2014.

While in this role I took part in the successful launch of You Move Me, the biggest franchise launch ever with 25 Franchises launching across North America. Our Sales Center is located in Toronto and provides sales and customers service for our rapidly growing business.

I also provided leadership to the WOW 1 DAY Painting Sales Center located in Vancouver Canada which reached all time levels of call to onsite estimate conversion helping the team to exceed its 2014 revenue goal.

Director - Sales

- Implemented improved budgeting and forecasting practices that optimized for revenue delivery plus reduced risk and costs
- Participated in driving strategic tactics that stabilized business operations after bumpy ERP implementation (the day before I joined the company, ask me about this!)  in first 90 days in the organization

I led a team of 20 WFM and Technology call center experts in a variety of disciplines that helped WestJet deliver a world class guest experience.

My team was responsible for building and maintaining the Call Center Direct and Indirect budgets (~$40M), managing capacity and hiring plans (~800 team members), forecasting business drivers, utilization of call center technology (ex. Virtual Hold, IVR, WFM tool and other agent facing tools) and the Call Center Command team. My team developed and fostered strong relationships with IT, Marketing and the Employee Association that assisted in our shared success as an organization.

I also supported two of our front line groups while leading my operations teams:
  - Reservation Support Desk - Provided Tier II support to our airports and contact center front line team members (3 Team Leaders and 70+ agents)
  - Sales Reservations  - First contact for guests to complete new booking and changes to airline reservations
