Evan Groff is a Loyola College graduate who started his career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where he progressed to management assistant. He later moved to Costa Rica to tutor English as a foreign language at a community college. Evan joined Leadership Capital Group as a project manager and has since been promoted to the position of director. He holds an American University of Paris degree and studied at Drew University, where he played varsity Division III lacrosse. Evan specializes in client relationship management, contingent search, developing candidates, and retained executive search.
