Evan Goldman is a certified civil trial attorney based in New Jersey, with a focus on Complex Civil Litigation, Employment Matters, and Personal Injury cases. With a vast experience of over 100 jury trials in both State and Federal Courts, Evan is known for his expertise in Legal Malpractice Matters. He has also been a speaker and moderator at numerous seminars covering Employment Law, Personal Injury, and Bad Faith Law. His appeal cases are well recognized by both the Appellate Courts and The Supreme Court of New Jersey. Evan holds a JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a BA in Economics from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick with High Distinction in Economics.
