Sales Manager - Commercial

Managed a team of Cyber Security sales specialists, focused on educating customers on Rapid7's emerging XDR technologies - our DRP and Threat Intelligence platform, and our SOAR tool. We partnered with customers to identify ways they could incorporate these tools into their program to reduce external risk and streamline their response processes.

I worked closely with product and support teams to relay customer feedback and strengthen our offerings, and to ensure our customers were successful with these emerging technologies.

We were able to grow both of these platforms significantly and help Rapid7 reduce risk in our customers environments.

Manager - XDR Sales Specialists

InsightConnect is Rapid7's SOAR (Security Orchestration, Automation & Response) platform, designed to help customers connect key security and IT tools, and build automation into their investigation and response processes.

I helped customers in the Eastern US and EMEA learn about the potential use-cases for a SOAR platform, and understand how automation could benefit their programs. I worked with hundreds of security programs over my time to understand their programs, processes and technologies to help prescribe potential use-cases and opportunities to boost their security.

This was a great opportunity to work with marketing and product teams to set the direction of our SOAR GTM strategy, and help shape the product so that it best served our customers and partners.

Sales Team Lead - Security Automation

Vertica is a modern data warehouse designed for the demands of Big Data - incorporating in-database machine learning and the ability to perform fast analytics at Petabyte scale.

I partnered with customers in the Central US to migrate off of legacy databases that became expensive and inefficient to manage at scale. This role also gave me opportunities to mentor new AE's including several Year Up Program graduates starting their sales careers.

Big Data Analytics Rep - Central US

Covered the Northeast Enterprise territory, helping Customer Service teams adopt new technology to improve their ability to serve customers consistently across channels.

Worked primarily with the RightNow suite and helped major brands implement CRM technologies and tools that allowed customers to securely interact with support through chat, video calling, and social media.

CRM Sales Rep - MA, CT, NJ

Sales Associate focused on Shoe Fittings and Racket Sports for City Sports' Bethesda and Chestnut Hill locations. City Sports was a sporting goods retailer focused on running equipment and apparel.

Responsibilities
- Analyze gaits of runners ranging from novices to marathoners
- Suggest shoes based on gait and customer preference from a broad catalog of brands
- Learn vendor-specific details and differentiators to effectively position different brands
