Eva Yao is a highly accomplished professional with a diverse background in academia and business.

She holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration from the Michael G. Foster School of Business at the University of Washington and a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Accounting from Renmin University of China.

Eva is currently serving as the President of Crestonestar Consulting, bringing her expertise to the field of consulting.

Her previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at Summit Biolabs, Assistant Professor of Management and Entrepreneurship at the University of Colorado Boulder, Executive Secretary and Treasurer at the International Association for Chinese Management Research, and Assistant Professor of Management at Wichita State University.
